Privacy Policy — Eden Coloring

Last updated: 8 September 2026

Eden Coloring is made by Eden Apps, a sole proprietor based in Texas, USA. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the app. It is short because the app does very little with your data.

The short version

Eden Apps collects nothing about you. There are no accounts, no servers of ours, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. The app stores your work and settings on your device only — we never receive any of it. We do not sell or share personal information, and never have.

What the app stores, and where

All of it is stored locally on your device, in the app's own private storage:

Your colourings (which colours are in which regions)App storage on your device
The pencil and brush strokes you draw on a pageApp storage on your device
Thumbnails of your pagesApp storage on your device
Drawings you importApp storage on your device

The dates you coloured, used to show your streakApp settings on your device

Colours you save or mixApp settings on your device
The name you type on your profileApp settings on your device
A profile picture you chooseApp storage on your device
The date you first opened the appApp settings on your device
Your chosen themeApp settings on your device

We never receive any of this and have no way to see it. If you use iCloud Backup, iOS includes this data in your device backup under Apple's terms, not ours. If you delete the app, all of it is deleted with it.

Photos

There are two separate things the app can do with photos, and they work differently:

Bringing in your own drawing. When you tap "Add a photo", iOS shows you its own photo picker. That picker runs outside the app — Eden Coloring is never given access to your photo library, and only ever receives the single image you choose. That image is converted into a colouring page and saved in the app's own storage on your device.

Saving a finished page. If you save a colouring to your photo library, iOS asks your permission to add photos. That permission does not let the app read, browse, or see anything already in your library.

Bringing in a file. You can also import a drawing from the Files app. This works the same way as the photo picker: the app receives only the single file you choose, and is given no other access to your files.

Choosing a profile picture. This uses the same picker, in the same way. The picture you choose is reduced to 512 pixels and kept in the app's own storage on your device; you can remove it at any time from the Profile tab.

Purchases

Eden Pro is a one-time purchase handled entirely by Apple's App Store. We never see or receive your payment details. The app only ever learns whether a purchase exists, from Apple, on your device.

Children

Eden Coloring contains no material unsuitable for children. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children either.

Your rights

Since we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to show you, correct, export, or delete. Your information is in your hands: deleting the app removes everything it stored.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Because the app collects nothing today, any future change that altered that would be a significant one, and we would note it here before it took effect.
