Where is my data stored?

Only on your device. Every app runs in your browser — your files, numbers, and text never leave it and are never uploaded to us or anyone else.

I bought Pro but don't see it

First, reload the app — Pro usually appears within a moment of purchasing. If it still doesn't show, use your restore code (from your purchase) in the app's "Restore Pro" option. Still stuck? Email us and we'll sort it out.

How do I use Pro on another device?

When you upgraded, you received a restore code. On the new device, open the same app, choose Restore Pro, and enter that code — your Pro unlocks instantly. Keep the code private; anyone with it can unlock Pro.

How do refunds work?

Email us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll issue a full refund. Once approved, it takes about 5–10 business days to appear on your statement (your bank's processing time). See the Terms for details.

Which apps do you support?

All four — Snowball, Local PDF, Local Invoice, and LocalResume. Just tell us which one you're using.
