These terms cover your use of the Eden Apps family of tools — Snowball, Local PDF, Local Invoice, and LocalResume (the "Apps"). By using an App, you agree to these terms.

The Apps

The Apps are browser-based tools that run entirely on your device. They are free to use, with an optional one-time "Pro" upgrade that unlocks additional features. We may add, change, or discontinue features over time.

Pro upgrades & restore codes

A Pro upgrade is a one-time payment that unlocks Pro features for that App. Payments are processed by our payment provider, RevenueCat, using Stripe. After purchase you receive a restore code that lets you unlock Pro on your other devices. Keep it private — anyone with your code can unlock Pro.

Refunds

If you're not happy with a Pro upgrade, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Once approved, your money goes back to your original payment method and takes about 5–10 business days to appear on your statement (that's your bank's processing time). When a refund is issued, the associated Pro access is removed.

Acceptable use

You may use the Apps for your own personal or business purposes. Please don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or misuse the Apps or the website.

Not professional advice

The Apps are tools to help you organize and create your own documents and plans. Their outputs — including debt-payoff projections, invoices, and resumes — are for your convenience and are not financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying anything you rely on or send to others.

Provided "as is"

The Apps are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work hard to make them accurate and reliable, but we can't guarantee they will be error-free or available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eden Apps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Apps. Because the Apps run on your device and store your data locally, you are responsible for keeping your own backups of anything important.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; we'll revise the date at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Eden Apps is operated by an individual (a sole proprietor) based in Texas.
