Local Move-In Report keeps your walkthroughs, notes and photos of a home on your iPhone or iPad. There is no account, and nothing you add is sent anywhere.

The short version
Local Move-In Report has no accounts, no analytics, and no advertising. The app contains no code that sends your information over the internet. Your homes, rooms, notes, and photos are stored on this iPhone or iPad.
Backups
A device backup you make with iCloud or on a computer includes this app's data, as it does for most apps.
Camera
The camera turns on only when you choose Take photo, and the app keeps only the pictures you take there.
Photo library
When you choose photos from your library, iOS shows its own picker and gives the app only the photos you pick. The app does not ask for access to your whole library.
What is kept of a photo
The app keeps a resized copy of each photo and the date and time it was taken. The copy does not include the photo's location or other embedded details.
Reminders
Deposit reminders are notifications scheduled on this device. Turning reminders off removes them.
Files you make
The condition report PDF, single photos, and the return request letter are made on this device. They go wherever you choose to share or save them, and nowhere else.
Purchases
You buy Pro from Apple in the App Store. Apple handles payment, and the app confirms the purchase with Apple's StoreKit. Your payment details never reach the app.
Deleting
Deleting a home deletes its rooms, notes, and photos. Deleting the app erases everything it stored, so export your condition report first if you want to keep it.
No tracking
There is no analytics code and no advertising code in this app, and no tracking of any kind. Nothing you enter is sent to us, and we never receive it. We do not sell data. You can check this yourself: turn on Airplane Mode and everything keeps working, the reminders and the PDF included, except buying or restoring Pro.
Children
Nothing is collected about anyone using this app, at any age.
Changes
If this changes, the date above changes with it, and anything new that uses the network will be described here before it ships.
